My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had very positive experience. Only complaint would be that I had to visit other dealerships to get a decent trade-in value for my Ram pickup. We did get a fair trade-in. Sales person was great, very helpful. See Chuck D. if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I hope my service experiences will continue in the same manner.

I went in to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had already researched on-line the invoice/MSRP prices. I also researched the KBB trade-in value for my present vehicle. My trade-in was in extremely excellent condition and extremely low miles (my least driven vehicle). The sales manager didn't even go out to look at my trade-in! He presented to me a purchase price that was only a few hundred dollars below the MSRP and wanted to give me the lowest KBB price for my trade-in. When I hesitated in committing immediately to a purchase...I said that I would like to take 24 hours to think about it. He then refused to give me a copy of the purchase price agreement or the trade-in offer! I walked out and never returned.

James went above and beyond our expectations. He took us srep by step to ensure we made the right choice. We went to many different dealerships to decide on the best vehicle for our needs. We received the best service at McKays

They worked with me to get the truck I wanted to the price that I wanted, this meant that I got a great deal on it! Very good experience!
