Amazing service !!!!

James Johanix was super friendly and even stayed late to show me how everything worked in my Jeep . Great service and would diffently recommend friends and family to purchase vehicle from here !

No pressure!

Our experience was painless and easy. No pressure and no one jumping on you the minute you walk in. Just asked us if we needed help. We found what we wanted and went over all the choices.

Mechanic was superior, great service! On time, vehicle returned in great condition. No wait for parts, no wait for repair. Great communications from Fiat/Chrysler.

Service frustration

My sebring was brought in for a engine surge & exhaust valve eg?after a while I received a phone call from Joe saying timing belt &pulley needs replacing and water pump also.I alerted mckays about an extended warranty in my glove compartment,so calls were made and my sebring was kept @Mckays so insurance can figure it out.Joe said it looked good( in my favor) when insurance person arrived but ultimately insurance denied my claim.Should Mckays have helped me more ,my friends say it isn't good business.I bought the car from them in 2009
