convenient and easy experience. I needed a quick get around car and platinum auto sales made it happen. They showed me walk around videos and everything I requested beforehand so when I came, it was just a matter of driving the car and signing the paperwork.

we purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q 60 coupe drove all the way from Virginia Beach and it was well worth the trip. The car was priced a lot better than the other stores we went to however it was in great condition and we’re happy.

Went to three other dealers before Platinum and all of them didn’t have the transparency Platinum provided us, we went in knowing they don’t haggle with made it much easier for us to transact, happy with our (new to us) car

we purchased two cars over here over the years and they’ve served us well, granted they’re not new cars, but in great shape for the age

My experience with this dealership Platinum auto sales and the team there- Victor the sales agent and Nas, the manager- has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey just three weeks ago, and within one week of the purchase, serious mechanical problems began to appear. While driving on the highway, the vehicle started shaking violently and eventually shut down completely, creating a dangerous situation for my family and me. I had to have the vehicle towed to a Honda dealership for diagnosis and repairs, and it is still not fully repaired. Based on my experience, it appeared that the dashboard warning lights may have been reset before the sale, because none of these serious issues or warning lights were present or disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Shortly afterward, multiple warning lights appeared, and the Honda dealership diagnosed major mechanical problems. I was informed that one of the major engine repairs could cost approximately 3,500 dollars. So far, I have already spent900 dollars on diagnostics and repairs, and the vehicle still is not fully repaired. According to the repair estimate, it will require approximately another 3,500 dollars to complete the necessary repairs. When I returned to the dealership to explain the situation, they refused to provide any refund or assistance with the repairs. They did not offer any apology or show any willingness to help resolve the issue. Before the purchase, they were very eager for me to leave a positive review immediately. I have repair invoices and diagnostic reports documenting the issues that appeared shortly after purchase. I am sharing my personal experience so other buyers can make informed decisions. I strongly recommend having any used vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before buying, regardless of what you are told, and waiting a bit before leaving a review. That way, you have time to see the vehicle’s condition.

Great experience, fastest transaction buying a car that I’ve ever had, we went to other stores and they made us wait hours before a test drive, I value their attention to detail and speed

Smooth and transparent is how I’d describe my experience, After reviewing the carfax of the car, victor was kind enough to send videos and additional pictures of the car I wanted and when we came in it was just as described, I know used cars will not be perfect but the utility and vital components were in great shape, Happy customer

Found the car online - Posting from Edmunds.com ($6,495) and then a posting of their site ($7,494) but that difference was the inclusion of all fees. When went to buy car - suddenly it became $8,900 out the door with mandated warranties and other fees. When showing the photos online to salesman he says - his owner makes the prices and adds the additional costs and items. This group is dishonest and shady. Stay away - you have been warned.
