The vehicles were in terrible shape for the most part but I drove 2 hours for a car that was advertised but not even there so I couldn’t leave empty handed. My transmission was blown needed transportation… Anyway settle on one and test drive. Seemed ok was asked not to go far bc he had an appt he was waiting for and didn’t want it to interfere with our business. Don’t think much of it. I noticed the engine light had come on and asked about it after my test drive. Claimed 02 sensor using the reader and agreed to take off 200- we proceed. I get 45 min down the road the TPMS warning light came on, the stability traction indicater came on. Car started to make a whining squeal and kinda idled rough. I pull off to an auto shop- it’s the mass air flow sensor was bad, the traction control system is damaged and the sensors for the tire safety system are no good. Worst news serpentine belt is going out. Less than 24 hours after purchase. Advertised a 3 mo warranty we get to the payment portion, I paid cash and he charged almost 12OO for the warranty so not knowing there were issues I declined. He was unprofessional and talking gibberish on his cell the whole time we were doing business. Long story short, I went in as a single female unaware and got swindled. I text and called immediately and was left on read. RUN from Best Roanoke Auto!!!!
