all the staff at Morrie’s Subaru are very professional yet personable. They not only send a text video which helps but also take time to explain things verbally and do not rush me. Their work ethics are superb and I would highly recommend this business establishment to my friends and family.

if there were 6 stars for this business, i would give that to them. Shane was knowledgeable and very concerned with our satisfaction. Kathryn & Nicole were very genuine informed us of what that business does for the community. Scott was the first impression of what kept Morries of eauclaire in our mind all the while were car shopping. Chris was great at explaining & walking us through the financing, very patient with many questions from us. I'm sure I have left someone out who we talked to. Needless to say, these are quality people with a quality product. Impressive.

As a first time Subaru customer, we were extremely satisfied with Morrie's Subaru in Eau Claire. My salesman - Westy - and I started working 6 months ago on what we originally thought we wanted: a Touring Ascent. 6 month's ago our GMC car of 10+ years started having major issues, including needing a new transmission. The replacement transmission needed to be replaced two more times, and we held onto the GMC throughout that time because we paid $7000 for the tranny. We had told Westy 6 months ago, we would return sometime... and it was this June. He was very patient with our needs as were all those at Morrie's Subaru. We got to the last steps with almost completing the sale - all that was needed was the loan to be finalized. Then, we realized there was a feature about the Ascent that was unacceptable to us - the captain's chairs don't fold flat on the 7 seaters. Morrie's was so understanding - and while this is not something I am sure they wanted to do,,, they reversed the whole sale in progress and showed us other Subarus. We found the 2026 Outback exactly what we needed, including flat back seats, Sale complete! Kudos to Westy, Dawn, Rob and the whole crew!!!!!! Thank you so much!
