They had the vehicle we wanted. After driving 2 1/2 hrs with payment in hand, it took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. That was frustrating!

The service person, Oscar was very professional.
The service person, Oscar was very professional. Before leaving Oscar came to my car and showed me about eco, normal and sport. No one has ever explained this to me. It was very informative and helpful to me. After Oscar explained the modes, I tried doing what he told me on the way home and it worked. I was very happy about this. Oscar has a good personality and I believe he is a people person I hope I said his name correctly.
