Some mechanics do their jobs some don’t, and service

Some mechanics do their jobs some don’t, and service manager has a don’t care attitude, I guess cause I have to spend my money anyways smh….go to another location to get your vehicle serviced they only care about the money…how I get it back with more problems…

The person who helped me his name was David Dyson. He had great customer service. He also made sure that helping me find my maintenance plan was priority so i can get my car serviced. I would strongly recommend only going to David. 🥰

Just bought the truck a month ago.

Just bought the truck a month ago. Oil change came Up in info alert, so I brought it in. Informed my representative Hugo of this and I needed windshield wipers. He informed me they would check everything and let me know of any repairs recommended. I received 3 recommendations, I had 1 done. I realized on my way home nothing about the wipers were recommended and half the rubber was peeled off. The representative should at least listen to the customer and put the request in. And there is a fee for his service.
