I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. It has been 2.5 months since the purchase, and I STILL do not have my registration. To make matters worse, the vehicle they sold me has been an absolute nightmare. The sunroof is leaking water, multiple electronic modules appear to be damaged, the dashboard is lit up with warning lights, and numerous features are not functioning properly. Even my insurance agent said they have never dealt with a situation like this. I have purchased more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime from dealerships all over the country, and I have never experienced anything remotely this bad. Between the registration issues, the condition of the vehicle, and the overall handling of the sale, this has been by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Wanted to know the dealer add on costs. The description was not evident; I assumed it was a doc prep fee. Arshia explained the fee was for anti-theft apparatus, which suited me fine. Still thinking about the car; keeping my eye on it. it's a 2021 black Mustang, 6-speed with all the bells and whistles!

Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. Drove off the lot with equity, not a losing value scenario like at a new car dealer. Thank Texas Car Club!!!
