Purchased a used Jeep from this dealership, had to replace tires and wheels which I knew were bad, the things they failed to disclose were body bushings gone, rust in rear area, AC not working properly shocks worn out, brakes worn out after they passed on Mo state inspection. Do not buy anything used from this dealership!!

Sal was our salesman. We've been looking for a newer diesel for about 45 days. Everything we found was either way over priced or gone when we got there. My wife and I found 2 trucks that were within our price range. Sal was a blast from start to finish. Kept to our price range. Once all the wheeling and dealing was done we were still pleased and happy to shake hands.

We stopped taking our 2018 ford to this location for service due to previous issues with service. We were continuing to take 2010 ford to smithville because we bought our tires there and were receiving free tire rotation. Now - free Tire rotation is no longer being honored and the issues with service continue. Smithville Ford said we needed a new battery. Two independent checks confirmed that was not the case. However, it was discovered that the terminals needed cleaning. Smithville Ford should have mentioned that. Upon inspection, we also realized that Smithviile Ford did not check the washer fluid. It was completely empty. We will no longer be coming to the this location for service.

Great since JD has taken over. The hole experience was great. Every one was friendly.
