Disappointed again. I called, was told my broken down truck could be looked at at 12:30 or 1pm that day, had it towed it there (arriving before 1pm), only to be told, "well, you can drop it off, but we can't look at it until tomorrow." ??? Last time they broke a bolt and charged me another $600 to remedy that mistake. Estimates are nearly always way off. BTW, you don't like bad reviews, because your system won't let me submit this. It says "Please update the areas marked in red before submitting" but there are no "areas marked in red"!!

Great service and solid experience. Loved that they offered valet service - they came and picked up my vehicle and brought it back once the service was complete. Will be using these folks again. Thanks Smithville Ford.

It took two weeks to replace a turbo when they thought they they had one they did. The job was good just took too long.
