I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but being in sales myself, I wanted to share my experience. Honesty and integrity were severely lacking at this dealership. I planned everything days in advance to purchase a specific vehicle and drove 3.5 hrs to get there. I was told the vehicle was available right before closing and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, I was told it was at another lot, then immediately pushed toward a completely different vehicle. I was also told I was only approved for $10k and would need over $10k down. I learned the vehicle I came for had been shipped away days earlier, needed $4k–$5k in repairs, and was already being sent to auction. I expressed my concerns to management/ownership. I ultimately drove to Tysons Corner (approved) and bought a more expensive vehicle from a high-end dealership with a quick, professional, hassle-free process. Very unprofessional and disheartening. If you enjoy being misled and wasting half your day, this is the place to be👍
