Jeff at St. Paul Audi is awesome

I recently worked with Jeff Conlin at St.Paul Audi. He was so great to work with, kind patient and very helpful in the process of trading in my car and getting a new Audi. I felt he had our best I test in mind. I would highly recommend working with Jeff.

Enjoyable!

Could not have been better. Jeff Conlin was just great! So friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I haven’t bought a car for quite a while and he patiently walked me through it. Tony Sivongxay in finance was also great. I love my car. Thanks again Jeff!

Great Experience

I worked with Jeff C. My husband & I were very impressed with honesty and transparency regarding the used vehicle we were purchasing. We were also given a very fair trade in amount on the car that we were trading in. Jeff was a gem to work with and was willing to travel an hour plus to deliver our car to us. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase an Audi. They made the experience not only easy, but enjoyable!

Great service, disappointed with forced $ options

Jeff Conlin was very helpful in my search for an Audi. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because apparently Audi is force including a $1000 LoJack option on all their car sales. This is not customer friendly.

Highly recommend

I have been a customer at Audi St Paul for almost 20 years, 5 leases, and have never been disappointed with their customer service whether working with sales or service professionals. My most recent lease end/exchange could not have been smoother. Jeff Conlin understood what I wanted and what my priorities were and went out of his way to find all options available to me and to make sure that I was happy with the car I chose. Bobby Burns helped with the financial details and, when an error was discovered, immediately reached out to correct, in my favor. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership.

We love St Paul Audi

We just purchased our third Audi from St Paul Audi. Each time our experience has been great. Brad has been our service rep for all our vehicles. Emily has been our sales person. Both are top notch and have treated us with kindness and respect. When our last Audi was totaled, Emily helped us to navigate through everything to get our latest Q5. Emily even cried happy tears with me when we finally were able to drive our new Audi away. Thanks to both Emily and Brad, we will be St Paul Audi lovers for life.

Positive experience at Audi St. Paul

Very positive experience at Audi St. Paul. Jerry Miller was our salesman, and this was the second car that we have bought with him as our salesman. Very low key and no pressure. I would highly recommend both Jerry and Audi St. Paul.

Quality, Service and Price

I met Jerry Miller Friday morning, May 27 when I visited Audi of St. Paul. I told Jerry that I was interested in purchasing an Audi and was able to finalize the deal that day. Jerry asked me a few qualifying questions and arranged for me to test drive three cars in which I was interested. My initial impression of Jerry was that he was a nice, pleasant, sincere, knowledgeable, professional salesperson who listened very carefully to what I told him was important to me. He genuinely cared and was concerned that I would have a favorable reaction to him, his products and Audi. The most important reasons why I buy a product are quality, service and price and generally in that order. I knew from my extensive online research that Audi manufactures a quality product. I could see that the dealership was set up with a top rate service department. I know that Audis are expensive, but they are competitively priced in the product segment in which they target. The difference was Jerry. I spent 35 years in Sales and it was a real pleasure dealing with a professional. I would go back again and buy another vehicle from him at Audi of St. Paul and highly encourage my friends to see him, too.
