I repeated myself to Hector about the $100 discount on the phone and in person. He forgot to apply the discount and I had to sign up for a payment plan. The lady I talked to, I told to apply the discount code to she said Hector would have to do it. But let’s get set up on the payment plan I said that’s fine as long as I get the $100 off. The discount was not applied and was told it was too late to apply it. They offered me a free oil change instead. Extremely disappointing.

We had been shopping the auto mall in Roseville and where disappointed in the service and ability to care about their customers. So we headed to Folsom. There we where surrounded by kind compassionate people and kind sales people. We knew what we wanted so it was a pretty easy deal. We walked out with our new Ram. I give these folks 10/10 for all departments. No pressure whatsoever. If you want to waste your time head to Roseville. But if you want to make a good deal Folsom is the place to go.

Sales staff and General Manager are horribly dishonest...
Sales staff and General Manager are horribly dishonest and predatory. I order a Ram truck from them and was quoted a specific price. The truck I received wasn't what I ordered and was $2k more than I was quoted, and they didn't bother to even bring any of this to my attention......I had to figure it out myself. I took delivery on the truck anyway because I needed it for work, and did so based on a good faith promise from their Fleet Manager to look into the issue and "make it right". What a joke. As soon as they had they're money and I had driven off the lot, they ignored me. Just horrible horrible people. Beware and stay clear.
