I've bought 2 used cars from this dealership and it has been a terrible experience for both. I would recommend shopping elsewhere when it comes to buying used. The first car took almost a year to get the paperwork processed. They resold the car to me without having the proper title work which caused excessive delays in getting the car properly registered. It literally took almost a full year because they resold the car to me without having the proper paperwork to get me the title/registration. This was paid in full up front with no financing. The second car, also paid for with no financings, was bought right before Thanksgiving of 2025. The car was not driven until 12/25/25 as it was a Christmas present and between that date and the time of this review it had to be taken back no less that 5 times to have problems checked and the oil topped off. In the latest round of drama they are now saying it will be about $3400 just to get the problems with the oil take care of, even though the car has really be driven less than 2 months. They sold the car on claims that it was really mechanically sound, come to find out the hard way that it is not. We expressed interest in a different used car when shopping at the dealership but they claimed for that alternative option they could not find the key. Shame on me for giving these guys repeat business, the least I can do is warn the others to not fall for any of their sales traps. Look elsewhere when shopping for a reliable used car. These are only a few examples of the lack of professionalism and integrity that we have run into.

On November 14, 2025, I went to Audi Parker with a cosigner to apply for financing on an Audi. We completed a single credit application at the dealership. After that visit, my cosigner and I discovered that each of us had 17 separate hard auto‑loan inquiries, all dated November 14, 2025, on our credit reports. At no point did anyone at Audi Parker clearly disclose that our application would be shotgunned to that many lenders or that this could result in 17 hard pulls per person. No reasonable customer would ever knowingly agree to that. When I emailed the General Manager, David Kaizer, he admitted in writing that he had submitted our application to 11 different lenders and that all of the inquiries occurred on the same day, but he insisted they were all “legit” because he was trying to get an approval. He has refused to help have any of the inquiries removed or corrected and stopped responding to my formal request for them to fix the damage. Because of this, both my credit and my cosigner’s credit have been seriously harmed by a process we were never clearly warned about. I have filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Colorado Auto Industry Division, and the Better Business Bureau regarding Audi Parker / McDonald Automotive Group’s credit‑application practices. If you value your credit or are considering using a cosigner, be extremely careful before applying here and make sure you understand exactly how many lenders they plan to send your information to and how many hard inquiries that will create.

Residing in CA, my immediate choice was to buy my car from Parker Audi – NO UPCHARGE like in CA. Initially a deposit on the GT, I changed to RS6 Performance Avant based on the crazy GT price. During the custom ordering process, I worked closely with KEVIN DOMINGUEZ whose professionalism was second to none. Honestly, Kevin is simply the BEST! Communicative, personal, friendly, responsive, AVAILABLE! The car arrived at the dealership in a timely manner, and Kevin managed my expectations by providing shipping intel. I coordinated transport from CO to CA which was perfectly timed thanks in large part to Kevin for the reasons noted above. From Kevin to Parker Audi, the sales process was quick, understandable, and precisely what I expected. Bernard Brake expertly guided me to a competitively priced loan and the appropriate extended warranty. Bottom line .. DO BIZ with Parker Audi and let Kevin and Bernard do their thing .. YOU WILL BE HAPPY!!
