Great service department

They didn’t communicate very well upfront.

They didn’t communicate very well upfront. Also scheduled my car for a 20k service and it wasn’t completed.

I took my car to Ray Bryant Volkswagen voice service I

I took my car to Ray Bryant Volkswagen voice service I was told that my car needed a part on the wheel axle which was four months ago months ago I was saw that they will be contacting me for service when the part arrived I still haven’t heard from them since that day

It was great.

It was great. Long wait but it was completed. Just wished they wash the vehicle as well.

The staff was kind & helpful. They were working with a limited staff but I received service as if they had a full staff. Quality service was not compromised.
