Came in for an oil change. Very quick, courteous service, comfortable waiting area. Wait time rather short (I was a walk in). Overall, happy with the experience

Communication could have been better when ask about ETA

Communication could have been better when ask about ETA for parts.Repairs was longer than expected, received the vehicle back with ants/spider infestation inside/outside vehicle - but did not arrive in that condition. Requested service manager to assist, stated vehicle was stored on a paved area & they are not a detailing service. However vehicle was in thier possession & if received in that state I'd like to think it was documented. Was vacuumed by dealership & immediately brought back to be done 2nd time for vacuum & futher detailing. Brought vehicle home, issue persisted. Perfomed additional vacuuming, washing, fumigation. This is day 2 & still trying to take care of issue on my own.

Bert was a pleasure to deal with.

Bert was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I called to arriving at the dealership and pulling off in a brand new vehicle, I felt welcomed and supported. His knowledge of the Volkswagen brand and his professionalism are top notch. I also enjoyed working with the financial manager, Brandon. The whole process was seamless and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend this VW dealership over local competitors.

I’ve had mostly good experiences with this dealership.

I’ve had mostly good experiences with this dealership. I don’t like that they charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. It’s 2023 and the transactions are always high enough to offset fees. And there was the one time I made an appointment for service and my car was there all day and they never got around to it. Asked if they could keep it overnight and the answer was no. I still continue to come here because my positive experiences outweigh the bad. The staff is friendly and they don’t recommend unnecessary repairs or services.
