I spoke to the sale person before making a trip that is about 3 hours away from Albany. The mini cooper countryman listed for sale was $18,900 and I have messaged them before making the drive. I have advised the sale person that I can do $19,500 out the door, he stated that it is not far from what they are asking. I got there and the price with doc, tax, and other things that was added $26,000. One of the fees in particular was for them to make the car safe to sale which was around $3,000. I told them why are you charging me for something that they should be doing anyway. And don’t forget the documents fees $1,000 was added they said it was by law but I was just at another dealership they remove that with ease which they did tried to charge $400 and not $1,000. Just to verify that the conversation took place I attached images of the text. Please DO NOT try to make any attempt with them. They should be close.

Oh man - avoid this place at all cost! My wife and I went there to scope out a car they had listed for sale on their site. The sales guy himself was excellent - very nice. However, the manager in the back was a complete nightmare and super inappropriate. We were shopping around for the day, so asked for their best price to give it some thought. Their offer was the same as the online price, plus $2k of scammy add ons. We said we would think about it and began to leave. The manager in the back started yelling at us across the room, threatened us with a higher price if we didn't buy today, and berated my wife and I. So embarrassing. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Inappropriate management. I had a horrible customer service experience here, and I still can’t believe the lack of professionalism from the manager. It’s a shame because our salesperson, Omar, was excellent—helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by management. After a successful test drive we asked for a final price breakdown before making a decision. Instead of a straightforward discussion, the manager became outraged when we said we wanted to explore other options. He started shouting at us from his desk, in front of other customers. The manager aggressively warned that if we walked out, we wouldn’t get the same price if we returned. The “special price” he was threatening to take away was literally the same as the online sticker price. I would have seriously considered buying from Omar, but after that display, there was no way I could give this dealership my business.

Omar was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to answer questions and help with insurance. Overall the process was very quick and clear the entire time.
