Stay away from this dealer, they included so many unnecessary fees, they’re trying to strip you of every penny, they added about $5k+ in fees, I highly urge you to take take your business elsewhere, and avoid this dealership at all costs. To cartopia, I know you’re a new dealership, but if you continue doing business like this, I don’t see your business lasting very long. I’ve never seen such absurd fees applied to a vehicle purchase before.

I had a terrible (albeit short) experience with this dealer. When I contacted them, the price for the car I was interested in was listed for $25,995. After a couple of emails I was finally sent the following price breakdown in a PDF: Selling Price $25,995.00 EXO GLOSS $2,890.00 Etch $695.00 Government Fees $175.00 Proc/Doc Fees $895.00 Subtotal (Selling Price + Addons) $30,650.00 Total Taxes $1,980.88 Total Balance Due $32,630.88 So over $30k for a vehicle listed at $26k. Nice. After researching a couple of the above items, I emailed my salesman and told him I would not be interested in the Exo Gloss or VIN etching services. I asked him if he'd send a proposal that did NOT include these services. I got a reply from Eugene saying this exactly: "The vehicle was fully serviced, new tires and brakes. I can't wave the product." Never heard back. Added in $3585 worth of services I don't want. Anyway, I'm out of characters. I'll simply end with BUYER BEWARE with this dealer!

I had a great experience purchasing my car at CarTopia 46 in Elmwood Park! They just opened for business and I was blown away by their professionalism and organization. I would rate them 10 stars if I could! The managers Joe and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I get approved for financing. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in. I will be buying all my cars from CarTopia 46 moving forward. Thank you again guys.
