Very helpful and responsive. Our purchase was quick and satisfying. Only thing missing was we were thought the car would be detailed and tank filled, but that didn't happen.

2 hours to replace inspection stickers in express service does not seem to be very reasonable. I have all my service and maintenance done at Rothrock for the many jeeps that I purchased from you. Really never had any previous issues. This was the worst that I have experienced.
