Great, friendly, Bad service hours, no appointments on Saturday. Have to be in line 1 1/2 hours early on Saturday morning. No later afternoon appointments on weekday for people who work..

Very helpful and responsive. Our purchase was quick and satisfying. Only thing missing was we were thought the car would be detailed and tank filled, but that didn't happen.

Spent 2 hours in express service to have my inspection stickers added to new windshield. I was very disappointed in the service I received.

2 hours to replace inspection stickers in express service does not seem to be very reasonable. I have all my service and maintenance done at Rothrock for the many jeeps that I purchased from you. Really never had any previous issues. This was the worst that I have experienced.
