Let me start off saying i purchased a 2016 Dodge...

Let me start off saying i purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger rt plus from this dealership that i paid full price of what they were asking, i have no problems with is vehicle i even put 14k down, but tried to purchase another vehicle with a valid trade in 2019 Dodge Journey SE with only 30200 miles on it. Now i am thinking i gave this dealership good business, they would not try to shake me down like the typical used car people, but i was wrong, they devalued my trade it by 4k...... really, and because of the vehicle i selected would not gain them most profit, we could not agree. Dan and his co worker Tony, played the old employee/manger bit. "I have to talk to my manger" aka Tony the other sales rep. I would not have written a review if i never gave them any business, but because i did, i felt the need to write. Just for any person going forward with the dealership know that they play those types of games, and be very cautious. i drove from Philadelphia to their dealership because i though they were different, especially after i just brought a Challenger from them. When dealing with the focus on you sale price and know your value of your trade always.

After receiving my complaint. Rothrock customer support did return the money I spent getting the car diagnosed from another dealership. The car is running well now.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited yesterday and had an amazing experience where from the moment I walked in unto I left, my service was met in excellence. I would definitely recommend Rothrock to family and friends due to the service that I received. I would also like to add that Mr. Brendan Kelly did a phenomenal job with making sure all my questions were answered and my service was met until I was able to walk out with my vehicle.
