I got 2016 2500 ram. Day of purchase I saw the roof had...

I got 2016 2500 ram. Day of purchase I saw the roof had holes in it. It was a emergency vehicle at one time. I was told you guys would fix it to come back on this day and would take three days. I asked if I would get a loaner car I was told yes. I get there and was told I wasn't on there list. After i got that fixed I was told I wasn't getting a loaner so I went home. Been trying to get ahold of someone to get this straighten out. Will go elsewhere to get serviced that's for sure. So far I have the roof and the radio with problems

After it gets fixed at the body shop i will go elsewhere. If you want to make it right give us our old trucks back and we will go to a real dealership. Im sure they would appreciate the $90,000 we spent

Update on my ram 2500 .when I picked it up from the body shop it was only half done because the sales department told him to do it that way and the radio never got touched. Jose lied and said i was not told to pick it up. I was also told you guys lied about the body shop guy dropped the ball

Im not happy that work that was agreed upon when we purchased our truck and scheduled a month in advanced couldn't be done. Service had no record to our appointment or rental for the 3 days they needed the truck. Not one person was willing to fix the issue and we had to leave without a solution. At this point no one is getting back to us to fix this. Very frustrating especially when you are spending a lot of money for what is considered a decent vehicle. Will never purchase from them again as it's not a way to do customer service. Next Step is a lawyer.

A very respectful and honest facility. Gives you nothing but the best service and straight up honesty when it comes to car . Will be looking towards to buying and trading cars with them ! All the staff are very kind and generous, will recommend to many !

They took my car in for an emergency on a Friday and had it finished the same day. Matt helped me with another issue I was having and went above and beyond. Very pleased!!
