Aweful! Made an appointment for a specific recall and the...

Aweful! Made an appointment for a specific recall and the service department knew that. When I dropped the car off I was informed the parts were not available and could I leave my car until Monday. Why make an appointment??? This was a Friday morning. I later received a call that the parts were obtained from another place and that the car could be fixed. When I picked the car up it appeared to be in fine shape. But when I got on the highway the wheel/ hubcap came off. I called and the "manager " toand he informed me it was tested for a drive in the parking lot and would not take responsibility for the loss. Your company was the last person to remove that part of the car!! He told me Rothrick is not going to pay for that and I could order one from him. NOT IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! This is just bad business. I have complained to the person handling the recall calls. Not to ever recomend Rothrick for service..Again it was the service team that took the left front tire off. What would that have cost a huge corporation to replace what they removed,? I work in a very large office in whitehall and I will be sure to tell everyone about the work ethics of Rothrock.

Express service was excellent for my needs. I only needed my tires rotated and it was done within an hour. I will definitely be returning for all my other basic needs

I would highly recommend Rothrock motors. They will treat you right and won’t screw you over. I got a very good deal from them on my New Ram and couldn’t be happier. Sheldon Simpson is my go to man when I’m in the market for another vehicle!
