We came to Rothrock to just look for a vehicle. Josh came out to greet us. We told him what we were looking for. Josh immediately showed us a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. This was exactly what we were looking for. We told Josh how disappointed we were with Rothrock in the past. He was very professional explaining how Rothrock has changed. Josh explained the lifetime power train warranty to us. So thanks to Josh and the warranty that he explained, we are now happy Rothrock customers.

This place is wonderful!!! The staff there are all great people and very knowledgeable. I only gave 4 stars because my issue that I have had them try to fix isn't solved, so I'm not sure what else I can do. I do recommend them to anyone needed serious car repairs after accidents.

The sales team made the transition into my new car painless and easy. Our sales guy Josh was wonderful he wasn’t pushy and let us do our own thing but let us know that he was there if we needed anything which was refreshing for a change. Steven the sales manager was great, making sure we had everything we needed !
