This dealership over the years told me that they will...

This dealership over the years told me that they will check my brake fluid and advise me if it needs to be changed despite that it says it should be changed every 10,000 miles, which I think is ridiculous. Now all of the sudden they said they never said anything like that, and it should be changed as recommended. Ok make up your mind already. The rep that assisted me was a little on the rude side, and sat there talking to a fellow employee for about 15 min after my car was done. It wasn’t until I walked past them and looked in my car, and then looked at them did she tell me that I am done and she will get me finished up. This used to be a decent place, but customer service quality has noticeably dropped.

I had no problem with the sales staff. But going to you...

I had no problem with the sales staff. But going to you my car which had been previously serviced with a wheel alignment new struts, rotors and premium brake pads ran Great!! On my return from Rothrock the same car shook and shimmied all the way home. Hitting the brake pedal caused the steering wheel to shimmy!! This is where the problem is!!!! I had to drive at a reduced speed, this is the problem. The deal was GREAT. But who worked on my car captain kangaroo??

Well the deal went south. My wife ruined the sale. But...

Well the deal went south. My wife ruined the sale. But my trade an HHR just got the rotors and pads just done. Perfect going in shimmying all the way home. Not Happy at all!!!

Rushed service! I purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder...

Rushed service! I purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder 3 weeks ago. After driving for a week the Engine light came on and letting out a burn smell. I called customer service. They put me on hold for 40 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. I finally got to speak to their service department and she replies they are too busy so I would need to get schedule an appointment.

Had no problem with the sales staff. Dan Tried. My problem was when I got my car back after replacing the struts, rotors and premium pads. Went in fine!! Going home the car was shaking something terrible!!!
