Steering wheel wasn't perfectly centered after alignment...
Steering wheel wasn't perfectly centered after alignment was done, but I didn't have time to go back immediately because they don't do appointments and every visit is an enormous inconvenience, whether I need to wait for 3 hours in the waiting room or have someone follow me up for a dropoff and a pickup, because they have no shuttle service and they charge for a loaner car. Went back 2 weeks later, now being told by William that they will not fix it because I should have gone back immediately. I expected them to do the work correctly the first time, or at least stand by their work and make any necessary adjustments. Instead the insinuation was that I must've done something in those 2 weeks to mess up the steering wheel and I'm basically a liar who is trying to get them to fix my mistake for free. I did appreciate that they patched my tire for no charge even though my tires were past warranty, and they did their complimentary alignment check as advertised (although still didn't adjust the steering wheel) but I never got a call or an email that my car was ready; I got a voicemail from the service manager Patrick asking me to call him back, I tried calling him back twice with no answer, and finally went up on my own to see that the car had been ready for who knows how long.

Tony was awesome. He’s an old school salesman who was straight to the point, and does not waste your time. He was also relatable, friendly, and very funny. He didn’t force us to buy anything we didn’t need. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also look for Tony. Just my personal experience.
