Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and courteous, Ajay took us to every car that we were interested in and explained the features of each one. We did have a couple issues but they were solved to our satisfaction.

We originally were only in to look and did not spend much time there. Looked at truck and did test drive then left to also look at Toyota Tundra. We also stopped to look at Ram. While going home for the day we received a call from Matt Burke following up on how we felt. He had gone forward and worked up numbers and we were extremely impressed. He said if we could make it back Saturday they would have everything ready. We could not be happier with entire team despite us leaving to look at other vehicles.

Salesman Dan seemed relatively new. He knows his job, but not very knowledgeable about features in the car. Dan was very accommodating and friendly. Financing the vehicle went very well. Rich was very accommodating and friendly. The desk tablet system for reading and signatures was much better than older antiquated approach. Buying a car is expected to be very stressful and lengthy. Overall experience was much better than we expected. We were there just under 3 hour from test drive, trade in, negotiating, and financing. Most other deals were 4-5 hours.
