Was searching the Northeast for a very specific truck - Talked to Steve Bennett, Manager, and then to Sheldon Simpson in sales - I was upfront with what I was looking for, and they were upfront with the best deal they could give me in these crazy times with very limited inventory. They gave me what I was looking for on my trade In, had everything ready for me when I drove over 150 miles to get to the dealership, I was in and out in less then an hour, and even took great care of me AFTER the sale when the truck was missing something small. I will be back to deal with this dealership, and I've even recommended friends to take the trip to deal with these stand up guys. NO BS, just a great all around experience with Sheldon and Steve. Love this place more every time I visit. From shopping, to purchase, through maintenance. Everyone is friendly and transparent! Facility is always clean(including my Jeep when it leaves their hands-inside & out!) Great deals, great prices, amazing service. I recommend them to anyone whenever I have the opportunity. Will continue taking my Jeep here and will be shopping here in the future.

The service was quick and Kevin was really great. The car was ready when we showed up to test drive. They got the vehicle ready quickly and the transaction went quickly However when dealing with the finance person I noticed they added an additional charge on the cost of the car. When I questioned it. They indicated it was a standard charge for some kind additional"optional" coverage but it was never disclosed to me. I requested it be removed. But Kevin was really wonderful as our salesman.

I have been looking for a truck for awhile. I was at Rothrock before to test drive another truck, but it did not suit me. Then, yesterday, I say the 2019 Nissan on the website and started emailing for figures$. I came into the dealership and met with Kevin Podratz and I bought the truck. Kevin was very gracious and kind. We wish him and his wife the best with a new daughter on the way. Blessings.
