Great Dealership

Awesome

Didn’t plan to buy a vehicle this day. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted so I was just going to go to different dealerships and look. Well ROTHROCK was my first and last stop!!! Tony asked what things I was looking for in a car and in a payment and within 30 minutes I was buying this car! I absolutely love the car and the way they made it so easy for me to do so!

GREAT EXPERIENCE...AGAIN!!

We have been purchasing our cars from Rothrock for the last 25 years. We had recently moved from the area and while living in jersey outlet Jesse came due on our Jeep Compass. Because of our great history with Rothrock we went back to Allentown, turned our car in and purchased a new Jeep Renegade (see picture). Also once again our salesperson Jose Baret was awesome and went above and beyond in helping us. And Ed Long (manager) also stepped in to get us the best deal possible and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted!! I will always buy my cars here!! ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Thanks guys!!!

Dash was wonderful to work with.

Our sales person Dash was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He walked us through every step and personally introduced us to each person needed to purchase our car. We would highly recommend both the dealer and our salesman, Dash!

Rothrock Nissan Service is Horrible

Horrible Service!!!! I purchased a used 2009 Nissan Murano. I've only had the car for less than one year and haven't even put 3,000 miles and the car has had major repairs. I received no phone calls back from service manager regarding my issues after repeated phone calls and voice messages. I will NEVER buy or service a car a this dealership.

Dodge Ram 1500

Typical car buying experience

Friendly staff. Typical car buying experience like title says. I want the best payment I can afford, dealer wants to make a profit on the vehicle. Nature of the beast. Only issue, my experience ran into the next day and the numbers we agreed on changed when I went back to finalize the purchase. All 3 people I dealt with were put the next day. In the end I got what I was looking for and they get a happy returning customer in the future....3rd car through them now.

Waited for the car, but was worth it!

Had a great experience at the dealership. Car was being serviced when I first arrived, and waited a week and a half. Dealership was very accommodating and helpful. Justin kept me up to date on the status of the car and helped me find the right car for me!
