We went in not sure that we were doing any more than starting an early search and buying later. Tony ‘test drive’ Bittenbender convinced my wife to take a test drive. She loved it as a former Jeep owner. We talked to Tony about what we would want in a Jeep and he started looking. We wanted an unusual set of features and Tony immediately started looking. He was not at all pushy, but seemed to be focused on what we wanted. He stayed in touch and found us what we wanted. When things fall into place so well you have to buy.

Upon arriving at Rothrock, I was greeted right away and told that someone would be with me shortly. Kyle Sedlock came over within a few minutes and introduced himself. He was very patient with my daughter and I and extremely knowledgeable about cars. Kyle showed us a few cars that night but we still wanted to shop around. He called to inquire if we found anything but was not pushy at all. A few days after our initial visit, he called me and stated the perfect car for my daughter was just traded in that day. We returned to test drive the 2015 Nissan Sentra and my daughter was thrilled! Kyle made the sale, Michael, the business manager, got together all the paperwork while Logan detailed the car beautifullly. I walked out of there three hours later with a very happy girl who was able to drive her car home that night. Kyle is a great sales consultant and an asset to Rothrock.

Tony Bittenbender and manager Brian made car buying/leasing experience less stressful and more fun. I decided to lease my first car from these guys.
