Service provided was a recall that was recently requested by manufacturer. Appointment suggested but I was a walk-in. They accepted me due to conflict of work schedule. I was provided transport to and from home. The service was completed on same day of drop-off.

Yonkers KIA did a great job on fixing the recalls, set me up with car service to and from my office, and even cleaned the car inside and out. Very nice experience.

The moment I walked in I was attended by this lovely gentleman( I forgot his name hopefully you can find who helped me check in) he was extremely polite and straight to the point which I loved. He made my profile and that was quick and easy. He told me what my car needed and told me the price range. He also offered to have a Lyft take me and my 3 year old to a local IHOP so we can pass some time. I thought this jester was extremely thoughtful since I had a little one. I did decline the offer because I came prepared with snacks for my son. He gave me an estimate of 3 hours for my car to be done and he was right on point. We went down to the lounge and it was very spacious with natural lighting. There was also a tv for entertainment. The person made sure I knew what was going on with my car the entire time and kept me updated. It was the best experience that I’ve had with Kia by far! Best customer service provided by Efrain Barcos!

The actual service was fine.
The actual service was fine. The check-in staff didn't tell me how long I would be waiting, then weren't the nicest to me when I was upset that an 8am appointment wasn't finished until 10:45. They tried to upsell me from an $89 oil change I reserved to a $179 full service, then "forgot" the $10 off coupon I gave them, and also misquoted me on the price of new windshield wiper blades.
