Yonkers Kia had the specific car that we were looking for and handled most of the deal process remotely since we live 3 hours away. Zaid was very courteous and helped complete the processing and prep the car when we arrived to pick it up

We purchased the 2025 Telluride and the 2026 Sorento X-Line. We had a great experience at Yonkers Kia. Ramon was very knowledgeable, patience and helpful. As well as, Junito and Juan from finance. Everyone was pleasant. My finance and I had conversations with other employees there and they were all very pleasant, they treat you like family! Go see Ramon ! he would do his best and then some to put you in the Car you want. They all work with you to make sure you lave there with the car you need and want!

My wife and I scheduled a visit to look at a used vehicle. We traveled an hour and a half to see this vehicle and was in constant communication with your staff prior to our arrival. Our appointment was between 10-11 but may show 1030-11 on your end. Either way we were called at 1030 making sure we were still coming and we responded with we were 5 minutes out. Upon arriving we were shuffled around to a couple of people before finally working with Zaid (the only person that actually seemed to care). Well 15 minutes after arriving, nobody knew where this vehicle was, the vehicle that was told would be out front waiting for our arrival. At almost 11, Melvin, probably one of the worst and could care less angry attitude people gave us a xxxx poor apology and said vehicle would be her in 10 minutes. We walked across the street to the jeep dealer, then returned a little bit later. Vehicle that was “on its way” still was not present. Melvin, who I clearly expressed my anger with the lack of care for OUR time had the audacity to say when I said it’s been an hour say “it’s only been like 30 minutes”…. Really!!!!!! What a poor excuse for manager who is in customer service. Reading other bad reviews, I’m not the only one who is displeased with this person. I expressed myself to Zaid, again who showed actual care for our frustration that I would like a manager to reach out. Nobody has done so. I even email the the general manager Mike Romano, and still have not gotten a response. I’d suggest shopping elsewhere with a dealership that values its customers, giving them the experience one deserves.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Let me share my experience with Yonkers Kia. I purchased a used car from them, and it only came with one key. When I asked about the second key, I was told they didn’t have it. Instead, they issued me a “We Owe” agreement, stating that I would need to purchase and program a new key myself, and they would reimburse me. I followed their instructions. In December, I submitted the invoice for reimbursement—and I am still waiting to be paid. Since then, I’ve had to call multiple times, re-submit the same paperwork more than once, and constantly follow up. Each time I reach out, I’m treated dismissively, like I’m the one causing the issue. I never receive callbacks, and the process has been unnecessarily difficult. They owe me over $700. At this point, it’s not just about the money—it’s about how poorly this has been handled. Because of this experience, they’ve lost me as a customer, and I would not recommend them to anyone. My next steps are to file complaints with Westchester Consumer Protection, Kia Corporate, and to share my experience publicly so others are aware. All of this… over $700. What a shame.

Nelvin De Lacruz was very helpful during the entire car buying process. He even stayed after hours to ensure everything was handled well and that I could leave with a fully equipped car. He cares about his customers and his work.
