I never leave reviews but felt I needed to on this. First class throughout my buying experience. I usually hate going into a dealership to buy a car. No games, no pressure, honest and up front. Responded quickly to everything i needed. I would buy another car here any day. Thank you for the great customer service and buying experience.

On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service
On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up my phone just like that after several times asked me questions and couldn’t find my account in the system, then I called back right away and a gentleman able to assist me. Thanks god I got her name in first place. She made company look bad with her unprofessional behavior in my opinion. I prefer to look other GMC dealership who can provide better and professional services because good services will always bring customer comeback again and again and again and importantly referral to others as well
