Write a reviewI attempted to schedule an appointment to view a vehicle, test drive, and arrange a pre-purchase inspection at Safa Motors. Initially, I found setting up an appointment to be unnecessarily complicated. Despite requesting a 4 PM weekday appointment, the dealership was reluctant to accommodate this time slot, citing scheduling challenges and requiring multiple calls to schedule. They consistently informed me that arranging an appointment this “late in the day” was challenging. On our final conversation regarding scheduling an inspection with a nearby AAA mechanic, a staff member, or possibly the owner, used inappropriate language by calling me "stupid" for asking clarifying questions, and then hung up. This behavior and language were highly unprofessional and dismissive, negatively impacting my customer experience before I even visited the lot. I strongly recommend that potential customers reconsider dealing with a business that shows little regard for customers beyond taking their money. Additionally, I discovered that Safa Motors is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which typically indicates a lack of commitment to customer service standards and dispute resolution. Not only have they received several Google and Yelp 1-star reviews for being rude, but they have also provided a poor car-buying experience and used foul language with other customers. Other reviewers stated that they had a very similar experience when questioning the repairs or diagnosing the problems with cars they were selling, which I find both insightful and suspicious. In response to a separate 1-star review, the owner responded by stating that they “remain committed to professionalism, integrity, and treating every customer with fairness.” However, my experience and other reviews suggest otherwise. Based on my experience and other reviews, they are the antithesis of professionalism, integrity, and fairness.
