Bob Boyte Chevrolet

NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership, they lied and covered up damage and repair to a new 2026 corvette stingray that we purchased from them. Rear drivers side panel was damaged and repainted and they did not disclose this info when we purchases it ion 08/29/26. They have refused to rectify this issue and have forced us to file a claim with GM. As of today they have not even responded to GM’’s request .Therefore we now own a new corvette with a diminished value and only have driven home from the dealership. They do not deserve to be in the business of selling vehicles to the public.

Most incompetent service dept I’ve ever dealt with could never recommend taking a car there

The salesman Rashad was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions and set up my online account.

Recall visit....was there known recall repair.....service wanted to do $200 AC check the car was due. I said I needed recall fix only. Service could be scheduled later as I was not having any problems and needed my car. Car was on lift ready to be finished. Parts were not a hold up. Service held car overnight because I didn't want to spend $200. Not interested in Service Department playing games.

Service took care of my warrenty issue to my satisfaction under warranty! Grateful to Pamela and the service team for taking care of my truck!

This is the third car we've bought at this dealership, and the first from Bob Boyte. We had a positive experience in buying a new car and have had positive dealings in scheduling and servicing our other Chevrolets
