Service and purchase experiences
First of all, I have bought over 30 trucks from Marsh in the last 15 years and they are the best in northern Michigan. I would recommend Marsh to anyone. Secondly, I had my first bad experience with their service dept. I received a notice that my 2015 Yukon was late for an annual service. I called and made an appointment. For some reason they had trouble finding my car in the system??? I told them I want the service completed but that the oil may not need to be changed as it only had 2500 miles on the vehicle since the last oil change. So the vehicle only need the 75 point inspection and the tires rotated along with 1 recall. The service tech called me and notified me that the Yukon was finished so I asked them what they had all done to it. They had changed the oil without even looking at the service request. When we reviewed the type written request, there wasn't any mention about not changing the oil. I attribute this error on the service girl I talked to when I made the appointment. She had lots of trouble finding my car in the system and understanding my instructions.

Mark Blazok is the greatest! Mark did much more than bend over backwards, he did triple somersaults to make the leasing of our new Buick a total pleasure.

The way it should be done
I went to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to pick up a 2016 model at a great price as the 2017's were coming onto the lot. Unfortunately there werent many available anymore. They helped find two many hours away that they could ship to Bill Marsh but the pricing didnt knock me out. They came up with an awesome offer of a 2017 on their lot, for less then they could get the 2016 off another lot. True Car and Consumer Reports buy and build pricing data confirmed it was a very aggressive deal when compared to average sales prices in big cities (where the data is relevant).

Great service very nice staff
Jc guillen is on of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted and at an amazing price, with the help of Peter Schmitz they got me a great price. Will recommend to anyone looking for any car!
