Used vehicle with known issues

Purchased a used car and after 3 months the engine went out and dealership is not taking any responsibility. There is no way they did not no this vehicle had a problem and sold it at top dollar anyway. It's gross business practice.

Service lacking after the sale

Service after the sale, isn't. Waiting on my 2022 Ram to be fixed. It has been a week. Supposedly it has been finishing up for two days.

Horrible customer service at Bill Marsh go to Wats

Your customer service is horrible.when you buy a new $53000 truck you think when there is warranty work that needs to be done you would get a truck.only thing they told me is I can rent a car or they could shuttle me .I spent $65000 with Marsh this year.i guess they don't care about new customers so because of this I will never shop at Bill Marsh again.i will be going back to Watson like I should of done from the start and will let all my friends know
