Communication between "front desk" and techs is horrible. Communication with customer is horrible. No one knows up from down and they barely do the bare minimum. We've given this dealership multiple chances under different names and owners and the results are always the same. Apparently giving you guys business is more of a nuisance than anything. Giving a 1 star review is too good.

Pavel helped me out on my recent visit to the service department. I had some issues with my brakes, and even with the team being busy with their current workload, was able to come out and take a look. They had the parts in house, and was able to fix my issue within a couple of hours! I was very impressed with the service department, and I really appreciate Pavel with the help he provided getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee up and running again so quickly! Thank you Pavel!
