Paval wasn't very helpful or professional. Communication between us when not accurate. I come to pick up my vehicle on day the specified but was told that it was not ready. He relied that he never said that but I showed him the email where he wrote that. I wish there was somewhere I could bring my Jeep to.

Took my truck in for an oil change and non fuctional a/c.
Took my truck in for an oil change and non fuctional a/c. A/C was diagnosed but I was told it would be 3 weeks to get an appointment. I set the appointment and brought my truck back for a job I was told would be 1 to 2 days. 3 days later, I called and was told my tuck was not in the bays yet, but would hopefully be started the next day. Several days later I called again and same response, truck has not been taken back yet, but hopefully in the next couple of days. This went on for 3 weeks. Why schedule an appointment if you are unable to work on the vehicle at the allotted time? When I received the truck back, I had a check light, and low coolant light. I was told it was just a bubble in the system, and w as given my truck back again. I still have intermittent coolant light issues, and a check engine light after getting the truck back.
