great service all the way around. went in to test drive a glc 300 and i was sold almost immediately. they helped find the car with options i wanted when it wasn’t available on the lot. this should be your first stop when looking to buy a mercedes

Vehicle in for A/C problem.
Dealer for now solved the problem by fixing , what they said, was a "float problem." So far A/C working properly. If major problem, dealer will not honor my extended service warranty I was told.

Tire blow-out. Car towed in for repair
Run-flat tire blow-out due to hitting pot hole. My car was towed by flat bed to your agency for repairs. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and efficient. My tire was replaced and I was on my way home in a short time. I was very satisfied with overall service.

First Service was Perfect
2020 GLE brought in for first annual service at 10,000 miles. Drop off was quick and courteous. Pickup was smooth and I was on my way. Car was washed and clean. Service the right way.

Very unpleasant experience Non of sales people called back Sales manager and sales representative DID NOT even acknowledge specials which were sent to me by mail Completely ignored that info I presented and questioned time and time again No response!! I could not get any response from anyone about pricing!! Would never go back to FW dealerships or advise anyone to do so Got another make car from Thompson Had unbelievable carting experience They’re customer service is amazing!! Sales people and Sakes Manager should get some lessons of how customers should be treated
