CONSISTENTLY RELIABLE SERVICE

I have taken all three of my Mercedes to this dealer for service and have always received professional, competent service. I trust that they won't oversell me on anything which is comforting. Highly recommended!

Love Fort Washington MB

Great experience buying from this dealer. I was a little nervous because I was buying car, sight unseen, from out of state. Car had a few issues on arrival but they agreed to fix those them without any reservation. They delivered what they promised, which is unusual with most dealerships. I've purchased several cars throughout the years and this has been, by far, my best car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

Julian did a great job of getting the paperwork together ahead of time. Transition was easy and fast... drive home with my new GLC-300 ...

road side assistance staff was most courteous. The car had to be towed to the dealership in Fort Washington and Derek Whitman provided exceptional service and accomodation

Express service not so express

Express service work was completed satisfactorily but my wife was told it would be an additional 20 minutes for them to wash the car. She waited the 20 minutes buy they did not wash the car. She could not wait an additional time since she had an appointment to attend. The was the 2nd time we were told they would wash our car but failed to do so. I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles from this dealership over the years and I am disappointed with this situation.
