Almost Very Good!
Paul Forsyth, Service Advisor, is a pleasure to work with. He tries extra hard to make a customer feel important and to make you feel he cares about your car. The reason I rated the service Very Good & not Excellent is because of the car wash. I own a 2016 S550- an expensive car. I feel that when that car is returned to me it should be cleaned properly. When you leave your agency, that is the last thing a customer will remember---their car brought to them looking great. To praise Paul Forsyth, again, I must say he went out of his way to continue to clean & wipe down my car after the car was brought back unfinished. He has an excellent work attitude and I trust his recommendations. I was there for a routine service. Everything except the Car Wash went well.

Unreliable
After several unfavorable service experiences, I decided to return here once again because of a problem with the tire, I have the entire insurance, to get the tires balanced. I call first ask if I can drop it off night before and that I did not need a loaner. I dropped off Sunday night, Monday morning promptly got a message to my car is being checked received a call from a service associate that the tire did not need to be replaced, I asked that the front tires be balanced, I could pick it up later tonight and she said fine. I received a call about 7 PM on my way to the dealer that balancing had not been done, they did not have time, could they keep it another day I said no. remember, I had no loaner. I have been here several times before for service and always disappointed. Waited 3 hours for a flat tire to be replace with a piece of metal stuck in it. When I went to get my car the tires had been switched from one side to the other and the metal was still in it. Service manager graciously offered a loaner and to drive my car home later, went out to get myself stuff and my car was gone and they didn't;t know where it was. My fault for going back. Simplest service request is botched every time,. I will drive 30 min to Doylestown from now on for anything.

I do usually schedule but i had an issue and they were super and worked into the schedule. Really nice and really accommodating!! Best dealership i have ever seen. I try to run my business like these people.

Great customer service
They always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but good service from them. When I had to have some collision work done, getting a rental was easy and affordable. I highly recommend MB Fort-Washington.
