Horrible experience. We drove from Indianapolis, In. to Smyrna, Tn. to look at a 2013 Mini Cooper for my granddaughter. After the test drive, we pointed out 2 discrepancies with the vehicle. We were told they were easy fixes, and could possibly be done by close of business on Friday, 1/16. We explained that we had a 5 hour drive back to Indy therefore it was pertinent to get it completed by the end of the day. We left for lunch, returned a couple of hours later and were told that it would be done by end of the day, but not delivered back to the dealer lot until 9:00 Saturday morning. We left to get a motel room for the night. Upon leaving they called to say it wouldn’t be ready until noon, and they would call me when it arrived back at the dealer. It is now Sunday evening and I have yet to hear anything from B&B motors. Note: We were paying cash for the car. By far…. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered with what represents itself as a legitimate business.

Sales person and finance person were nice enough, they have quite a few cars but they lied about putting on 2 new tires (because the tires were very worn, and they offered.) Not only did they lie about putting on 2 new tires but let me drive away with a separated rear tire that could have blown on the highway considering they knew I lived 15-20 miles away. The owner also mentioned that he reset the check engine light, didn't fix the problem, just reset the alert on the dash. Would not recommend.
