Worst Experience!

This has been the worst experience dealing with an unprofessional dealership. We had been talking to them about a pre-owned pickup for two weeks. We decided to drive to Norman to see the vehicle and test drive it. We called ten minutes before we arrived to make sure the vehicle was still available and was assured that it was. When we arrived, we were greeted by the salesman Rich. He was very nice and knowledeable about the 4x4 truck. We took it out for a test drive and I was very interested in the truck but didn't want to sign a contract until my son who is a mechanic was able to look the vehicle over. When I explained this to Rich, Scott came over. He said he was the Assistant Sales Manager. I explained to him that I was willing to commit to the truck but wanted to have my son look it over. Scott became arrogant with me, speaking to me as though I didn't undestand I would be purchasing a used vehicle sold AS IS. I explained to him it was my choice to have it looked at by a mechanic whether the vehicle was at an self proclaimed reputable dealership or with a buy here pay here lot. He then proceeded to pressure sell me by saying another couple was "on their to purchase" the vehicle and had been pre-approved. A reputable dealership and sales team will pull the vehicle from the lot for the "pre-approved" couple not sell it to someone that shows up before they arrive. If this is how they are willing to treat me? How will they treat you? I do not in anyway recommend purchasing anything from this dealership for the simple fact of how they treat you before the sale. Can you be sure they will honor any promises made after they sale? I am not willing to take that chance and neither should you!!

Discrimination

I was told too come in too trade my Lincoln in Dealer ( SCOTT) Sales manager didn’t look at my Lincoln for appraisal nor did they TRY to put me in anything they seen I was BLACK & totally ignored my business, everyone else that’s here is white and getting proper customer services I asked for his name he totally ignored me until I got loud in front of customer never once’s asked us to have a seat came back in 5 mins and said it wouldn’t work banks didn’t approve u .

Bait and switch

Salesperson knew I was taking off work and driving over an hour to purchase a specific vehicle but when I got there I was told it had broke down this morning. I found out that it had been broke down for at least a week. Of course they tried to get me to buy a new one. Sales manager was useless. Please don't waste your valuable time or money going to this dishonest dealership.

Great experience

Help you find the right car for the right price. Couldn’t get the car the i wanted so they helped me get something better for a reasonable price that fits my style

Service dept

The service dept is a bunch of liars. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over a month. I have had 3 people say they are go in by to get something going and get back with me the next day and I never hear anything from them. They had my truck for over 2 weeks when we finally picked it up. They push the warranty when u buy the car but dont want to back it.

No pressure, good selection

I went to look at a car i had seen on the internet, but the car had a code so they couldn't sell it. The saleswoman was honest about the problem and offered to show me other vehicles. They had a nice selection of vehicles with the features and price I wanted. I ended up buying a nicer newer car with less miles that was still within my budget. I never felt pressured, which I appreciated, because i will walk away from high pressure sales. Their detailer was fixing a problem with some equipment, but they offered a free detailing to make up for it.

Great buying experiene

Easy car purchase. Great people to work with. Will definetely buy my next vehicle here. Randy wa very helpful and patient even though the weather made getting there and finalizing the purchase difficult.

Awesome

Salesperson was very helpful made the experience of buying a new Kia very easy and fast. Wasn’t a bunch of running back and forth told them the Payment I wanted and when I left that’s the payment I had
