Retracting my statement, DO NOT buy a car here. The owner put the incorrect payoff amount for my trade in after I presented the correct amount to his sales team. He also turned the payoff check in to the bank 3 weeks after the purchase. He refuses to own up to his mistake of inputting the incorrect payoff amount by blaming me for signing off on the document. It was my mistake to trust him. This mistake is now costing me an extra thousand dollars out of my pocket due to his negligence. To add insult to injury, he was so stubborn when I tried speaking to him about this that he couldn’t understand that the communication between his team is where the mistake was. I provided the correct payout amount and the number he entered was incorrect. He responded by blaming me, the customer, and telling me to pay it because I signed off on it. This is a valuable lesson to never put your trust in to someone who you believe to be doing their job correctly. I was hung up on by the owner and forced to write this review to save anyone else from going through this mess. I would not purchase a vehicle from here, And if you do make sure you read the contract because they cannot be trust to put in correct information.

They'll tell you they will call you back and that they'll work with you, but don't count on it. You are better off finding another dealer to work with so you aren't totally wasting your time.
