When it comes to my vehicle I've always had the best service with Auto Nation .The advisors are very friendly and professional. .Ive normally have gotten a loaner vehicle in the past although this time they were all loaned out , I used there shuttle service to get home from there the driver was very friendly and personable. Thank you Auto Nation for the awesome service.

Work was done in time frame originally specified.
Work was done in time frame originally specified. But it took too long, even though I had an appointment, to take it back to start the work. The car was returned to me in pristine, clean and shiny condition, so that kind of made up for the extra 20 minutes.

With the supply chain issues and staff shortages there
With the supply chain issues and staff shortages there were substantial delays in repairs being completed. The service manager (Pat) kept me informed of progress. The service was thorough, professional and personable. I have been taking my last three vehicles to this service center for the past 20 years and have always been satisfied and trust them to take care of my automotive needs.

Prices for oil changes and other maintenance are high. Did not like that there were problems with one of our vehicles that was not disclosed to us prior to purchase.

The same problem with the front tire I was having was
The same problem with the front tire I was having was never resolved even after AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake supposely did a rotation and balance. Took my vehecile in for an oil change and the oil change sticker indicated all my tires were good. Then a week later took my vehecile in because the tire was still a problem, wobble fell when driving and they tell me my tires are bad "interesting" only a week later!
