Alex is a class guy from the first approach to the last handshake. I usually feel pressured when going to car dealerships and it can be stressful but not when dealing with Alex. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the cars and was genuinely kind and respectful throughout the entire experience. He is the definition of a great guy and car salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and then some.
