Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is punctual, personable and accommodating. Most of all she’s very knowledgeable. She knew everything about Audi and the truck I was buying. She went out of her way to make it user-friendly for a non- tech savvy buyer like me and explained things in an easy to understand way. Michelle has made herself available for questions through the process. It did not feel like a sales situation at all which was nice. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for.
