I drove seven hours to buy what I hoped would be my dream car. Instead, it's been the worst vehicle purchase I've ever made. I bought a 2020 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD from VINS MD, negotiating the entire deal by phone since I live far away. Before the trip, Brooke sent photos and videos of the car. When I arrived, I immediately noticed scratches across the hood that weren't in any of them. Brooke explained they happened after the photos were taken, from the car being parked under bushes. To their credit, she checked with her manager, and they agreed on the spot to split the cost of repainting 50/50. That's where the good faith ended. I mentioned that repainting my son's RAV4 hood had cost about $400, but made clear that was just a rough reference until my body shop could send an accurate estimate for the Tesla. Brooke agreed to wait for the real estimate. When I signed the paperwork, it said $200. I questioned it before signing. The finance manager told me not to worry ~ "That's between you and Brooke, I'm sure she'll honor it." So I signed. The actual estimate came back at $781.39. Tesla hoods are far more involved to paint than a RAV4's. Half of that is $390.70. At first, Brooke acted like it wouldn't be a problem. Then came weeks of texts. "The owner is out of town." "I'll check." "I'm waiting for approval." Eventually the story changed completely. Suddenly VINS MD claimed we'd only ever agreed to $200, flat out. That is not what I was told before I bought the car, and not what the finance manager pointed me toward at closing. While this dragged on, I noticed a creaking sound under light acceleration. Within two weeks of buying the car, I contacted Brooke, sent Tesla's initial repair estimate of $235.94, and asked whether it was covered under the dealership's 3-month warranty. No response. When Tesla actually inspected the car, the bill grew to $1,346.33. The rear brake pads and rotors were severely worn. The technician told me he rarely sees Tesla brakes in that condition. I didn't get an independent pre-purchase inspection before buying. That's on me. But I also reported the noise in writing within the warranty window, and got silence in return. There was also a front license plate bracket with VINS MD branding attached to the bumper, not a Maryland tag. I later confirmed via my delivery video that it was already on the car before I took possession, so I can't say for certain who put it there. Regardless, removing it took two hours, half a bottle of Goo Gone, and pulled paint off the bumper in the process. I've owned this car about six weeks and have already spent $2,127.72 addressing issues that surfaced almost immediately after purchase. I have the texts, the signed contract, and the repair invoices for every number here. The money isn't even the most disappointing part. It's that once the paperwork was signed, communication turned into delays, excuses, a changed story, and eventually silence. I've bought three vehicles in the last three months. VINS MD was, by far, the worst of the three. If you're considering buying here, especially traveling a long distance like I did, get an independent inspection before signing anything, and get every promise in writing, no matter how small. Don't take a verbal assurance from Brooke as anything more than that. I wish I had not trusted them with my business.

Chris was tremendous in helping me find a new vehicle. He was very thorough explaining all the paperwork. I appreciate his follow up the next day to see how the car was and if anything was needed from him 👍🏼

I can’t recommend Serdar at Vins Motor enough! He made the car-buying experience quick, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable. He worked with my budget, explained all features, and genuinely wanted me to leave happy—not just with any car, but with the right car. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I’ve already gotten compliments on my new vehicle and I tell everyone it’s thanks to Serdar’s help. Five stars all the way!

Serdar is hands-down one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything before signing. What stood out the most was his honesty—something that’s rare in the car world. The car was exactly as described, spotless, and priced fairly. I’ll definitely be returning to Bins Motor for future purchases and sending everyone I know to Serdar.

A typical "bait n switch" operation, aka, deceptive trade practices, should be reported to FTC. Just add $3k to the advertised prices. They will charge the state max dealer fee plus shoving in a worthless sleezy used car warranty that you "have" to buy. A total waste of time !!!

was very disappointed in this dealership, I despise dealership that advertise decent prices but hide huge fees and don't tell you until you have deals worked out (and already excited about the vehicle). they tried to add on 3300 in fees, 1000 for not financing with them (I did get them to drop this), 800 for doc fees (that's the state max), and 1500 on delivery inspection on a used car. then the icing on the cake was I found that the car I was interested in had frame damage that they didn't tell me about (I backed out of buying the car). the sales team was nice but not forthcoming, I would avoid the dealership.

I recently bought a 2021 Tesla. I buy most of my cars online and sight unseen. The bottom line is that I had a great experience with VINs. Louis and Corey were great and worked through several unanticipated issues with me. They were honest and would not give me the car until it was in pristine condition. I have never written a review but felt compelled to do so because of their attention to details and desire to be customer centric. I highly recommend VINs! Andy S. Indianapolis Indiana.
