Excellent

It is always a great experience buying or leasing a car at Bill Brorwn Ford. I and many members of my family have been dealing with Bill Brown Ford for many years. My salesperson, Dan Freeman is excellent and a pleasure to dael with. He is a true professional. By the way I love my Fusion.

Love my new Escape!

This is my first time purchasing a car from Bill Brown. I worked with Mike Gentry and will always go to him in the future. He was friendly and easy to work with. He was not pushy, but clearly explained my options and the benefits of each. My paperwork was all ready when I arrived at the dealership. It was a painless and effortless process.

Gilbert Harrison was efficient and knowledgeable.

25 Year Customer for a Reason

I've never really had a bad experience at Bill Brown Ford. Sometimes there's some details to work out but that's life. But I found that the employees there always make a great effort to work any difficulties out quickly and pleasantly. My most recent experience was stress free. All I basically had to do was pick out the car that I wanted out of their inventory. My only job was to make a couple phone calls to set up the insurance and get the Z plan pin from a family member and everything else was taken care of by the dealership.

2017 EDGE LEASE

THIS IS THE 4TH VEHICLE WE ARE LEASING FROM BILL FORD IN LIVONIA MICHIGAN IN THE PAST 6 YEARS. ALL VEHICLES WERE OBTAINED WITH THE EXCELLENT, EXPERT, AND PROFESSIONAL HELP OF DAN FREEMAN. WE'VE LEASED OR PURCHASED MANY FORD VEHICLES FROM SEVERAL DEALERS OVER THE PAST 42 YEARS. DAN FREEMAN IS BY FAR THE BEST SALESPERSON WE'VE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING AND DEALING WITH.. BY THE WAY; NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT OR TROUBLE WITH ALL VEHICLES DURING THE LEASE.

Had a fairly decent stock but at trade ins

They would have received a 5 from me but they did not give me a good deal on my trade in. Looked over the paperwork a few days after the purchase and found they had the wrong model listed on my trade in vehicle. Most likely a $1000 loss.
