Always so accommodating & never feel like an inconvenience. The staff is always so very nice and they have great options in stock. I'll never go anywhere else. My family has been purchasing vehicles from Tony Juncaj since 1995. It started when my Aerostar broke down, and my husband happened in and met Tony. We went home the following day with a new and better Aerostar so that we could go on a family trip. I don't really know how many cars we have bought from Tony since then - multiple Ford F-150, several Focus, a Fusion, a Tempo (that came in handy when the daughters turned 16), a Five Hundred, at least 2 Contour, a Flex, and now my fourth Explorer. Our daughters have purchased from Used Car salesman Darwin Marsh as well. But this is about my second, third, and fourth Explorer from Tony Juncaj. My husband passed away in 2020, and I still went to Tony when I needed another car. I had always been present when my husband went in to pick out a car. After all, we were a 2 car family, so one was going to be my car. But I never handled the money or the finance aspect. From the beginning to my recent purchase, Tony treated me with kindness, friendship, and respect. He was thorough and explained everything. He answered my questions and helped connect my phone. He always takes my calls, and returns my messages. Tony helped with all the financing issues (ratings below), I feel very fortunate to have known Tony for such a long time. Thank you, Tony!
