I purchased a Bronco from Aaron Ford 7 months ago online
I purchased a Bronco from Aaron Ford 7 months ago online they delivered it to me, today I took it into my local ford dealership because it was making a, noise, immediately the dealership was charging me 300 dollars because of the lift kit, even after i told them i purchased the Bronco from dealer as is. nevertheless, i called Aaron's service department spoke to Alex Perez and he covered the charge for this dealership to fix the issue, talk about standing up and staying true to your customers. Alex Perez Made all of Aarons Ford of Lake Elsinore look top notch. my next Bronco is definitely coming from Aarons.

Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience at Aaron Ford of
Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience at Aaron Ford of Lake Elsinore Aaron Ford of Lake Elsinore hasn’t been around long, and frankly, I’d advise you not to buy into the glowing reviews. While the front-line salespeople seem decent and are trying to do their jobs, the issues start once you move up the chain. Upper management is laser-focused on what they’re “losing” on a sale rather than building long-term customer relationships. Be especially cautious with the finance department—it’s a cutthroat environment where the goal seems to be squeezing every last cent from the customer. The pride they take in doing so is disturbing. To the salespeople: you're being played too. Don’t expect ownership to have your back—they’ll toss your deal aside without a second thought. This dealership appears far more interested in short-term profit than customer satisfaction or employee loyalty.

Dishonest, Predatory, and Shameless—Stay Away from
Dishonest, Predatory, and Shameless—Stay Away from Aaron’s Ford Aaron’s Ford in Lake Elsinore is a complete scam. They knowingly sold me a lemon—a car with a bad transmission, faulty shocks, and major safety issues that now require thousands of dollars in repairs just months after purchase. The worst part? They didn’t even bother to service the car before handing it over. It was clear from the start they had zero intention of selling me a reliable vehicle. On top of that, despite my excellent credit score, they stuck me with a ridiculously high-interest rate, showing just how eager they were to rip me off. Since day one, I’ve gotten nothing but lies, excuses, and the classic runaround. They refuse to take any responsibility for knowingly putting me in a dangerous, defective car. This dealership is dishonest, predatory, and completely untrustworthy. If you don’t want to get scammed, stay far away from Aaron’s Ford. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.

I had been looking for a new truck for awhile.
I had been looking for a new truck for awhile. I saw an ad for Lake Elsinore Ford advertising a 2021 Ford F350 Crew cab, lifted 4x4, platinum edition. The dealership salesman picked me up, took me to the bank, then back to the dealership. I ended up paying $97,000 for the truck, signed everything & left. There was a crack in the windshield, so I got a due bill to come back and have it replaced. I was staying at my place in Lake Havasu, so set out for Arizona. On the way, a semi cut me off, when I attempted to honk the horn, not only was there no horn, but the middle of the steering wheel just pushed in way too far, which indicated there was no airbag as well. Neither one of those things were disclosed, ever. Because it's against the law to even advertise a vehicle let alone sell one without a horn or airbag. I also noticed on the freeway the hood seemed like it was going to open, I pulled over more than once to see why it wouldn't close completely, the latch was bent. I finally made it to AZ, next day took the truck to Bullhead City Ford service dept, explained what I seen and asked them to go through it. They did and then took me for a walk around my new, 100,000 dollar truck and showed me like 15 things that were not right. The mass air flow sensor was unplugged, the module for the steps was sitting atop the battery, the horn and airbag were missing, there were wires cut and left open, there were wires underneath where a train horn and lighting system were previously installed, both gone and wiring left just wrapped around the frame. I mean, it went on and on. When the service manager looked up the truck to see if Lake Elsinore Ford had done any inspections, they claimed they had done like four 125 point inspections and the truck passed without a beat! Absolute lies. So I contacted Lake Elsinore Ford and told them about everything, including this was a fraudulent sale and instead of them even acknowledging what I was saying, they just said oh, well, bring it back, let's get that windshield fixed for you & any other concerns. CONCERN??? Seriously, how about this truck was stripped by your guys in the service dept, plus, the sale was fraudulent & against the law. I reported them to the FTC, BBB and DMV. I immediately stopped payment of $97,000 and headed back to California. Upon arrival, I went to my resort where my hotel room was and wanted to rest and clean up before heading to the dealership. The dealership started blowing up my phone, because the payment was stopped, demanding the truck or payment, but wouldn't once even address what they had done. While I was at the hotel, the dealership located the truck and came and stole it from me & left me stranded. They are absolute thieves and cowards. They threw the majority of my belongings out before I even had a chance to get there and pick my things up. The truck then sat in the back of the dealership for close to a year, because they weren't allowed to resell it because of everything. About 4 months ago, I got a guy calling me saying he had just purchased that truck at an auction for $52,000 and wanted to know what all was in the truck when I bought it, because there was so many things missing, the hood wouldn't shut, etc. I know Aaron Ford has since taken over the dealership, I just hope that they did a major overhaul in the employees. Other than my salesman, the manager and assistant Mgr are not to be trusted, ever.

Chris was sales guy and very pleasant and straightforward. Didn't like dealership policies of forced add ons that made the price not affordable anymore. They advertise a low price and then add another $2-3K. feels wrong to me. wouldn't buy from them.

Extremely unprofessional folks in the sales management
Extremely unprofessional folks in the sales management team. Sales rep was helpful but Marvin Rojas the "GSM' was serving up the classic bait and switch with advertised pricing. Have over 6k in dealer add ons even on a used car (etching, security system, ceramic coating and windshield warranty). Dealerships like these should not exist and give the good ones a a bad name. Stay far far away.

SCAM!
SCAM!! RUN AWAY IF POSSIBLE! The dealership advertises the vehicle at a low rate then tries to make their money back by charging you for add-ons that are not negotiable, but the add-ons do not even make any logical sense like putting an alarm on a Tesla when the car does not even have a key, and is the most advanced vehicle in the market. The dealer is trying to charge $1400 for the alarm, but aside from that it would be nice to know this upfront so no one wastes their time. When I called Gai or Gabe he provided an estimated price with taxes and fees of $26k even thought the Tesla Model 3 is advertised for $22,062. A bit steep, but I thought of giving them a chance. After sitting at their office for 30 minutes waiting for the price. I had to walk away. Dealerships are used to dealing with folks with ruined credit, and they do not have respect for ones time. BTW the final price was upwards of $30k including all of their xx fees. Right after visiting This dealership I went to Car-max and the treatment was 1000 times better. I walked out within 1 hour and driving the vehicle and not having to wait for this one to be doctored up.
